Five Dock Metro Station - Sydney Metro West
As part of the integrated engineering design and assurance services for Sydney Metro West Project, Newport advisory provided project management services for Five Dock Metro Station. Newport Advisory guided the design development through concept design phase to stage 1 design for tender including the iterative development of particular specifications and associated requirements traceability and assurance procedures.
Pyrmont Metro Station - Sydney Metro West
Newport Advisory provided project management services during the initial value engineering, design to budget objectives and stage 1 design to maximise the value for money ratio targeted in the business case. This focused on design optimisation and requirements validation to drive efficiencies and value.
Line Wide Trains and Systems - Sydney Metro West
Newport Advisory managed all design, particular specification, and assurance documentation to meet Network Assurance Committee Gate 2 completion across the LWTS packages. This involved managing the complex interfaces with live tunnelling contracts and developing the particular specification for the Line Wide and Tunnels and Systems tender documents in addition to a reference design.
Outer Harbor LNG Project - Venice Energy
Newport Advisory is providing contract and transaction advisory services to Venice Energy on its Outer Harbor LNG Project in South Australia, the world's first floating LNG import terminal powered 100% by renewable energy. The services include design and delivery of all transaction activities such as development and issue of transaction (RFT) documents, coordination of tender clarifications, leading tender evaluations, and managing contract negotiations.
